POLICIES

PAYMENT

We accept PayPal, credit card and debit card for payment.

When completing your order please click on the ‘checkout with PayPal’ button even if you DO NOT have a PayPal account as this will then bring up two options, either pay with PayPal or pay with credit or debit card.

 

 

DELIVERY

Printed products are currently only available for Australian customers.

 

We use Australia Post for all our deliveries and your order will be posted once your proof has been approved.
Delivery can then take anywhere from 3-6 business days to all metro areas and up to 14 days to country/rural areas.
If you would like a more accurate calculation on delivery timings please contact me and I can enquire with my local post office.

 

Shipping times are merely a guideline and in many cases your order will arrive sooner. We are not responsible for delays
in shipping times due to postage service delays or any other delays that stem directly from circumstances beyond our control. 

 

Please be aware that Australia Post DOES NOT offer a fragile service. We take special care in packing your order but cannot be responsible for any breakages or damage to your order during the delivery process.

 

Postage on all products is calculated at checkout and will vary depending on the content of your order.

 

Alternatively I am Melbourne based and am happy for local pick up, just contact me to see if our exact location is suitable and
to organise a time.

 

If you purchase a digital file, as soon as payment (eg. credit/debit card or PayPal payment) is received a confirmation email is sent
to you with a download link. The link will also appear on our Thank You page. The download link you receive with be available
for 30 days, after that it will expire.

 

 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of the product and that most are made to order, unfortunately there will be no refund once you have
completed the check out process so please carefully consider your order before confirming.

We take special care in packing your order but cannot be responsible for any breakages or damage to your order during
the delivery process.

 

All prints are packed in plastic protective sleeves with 700gsm boxboard backing card and are sent in a rigid envelope for extra protection. 

 

Due to various computer screen and printer calibrations, colours may vary slightly in the product you receive.
If a slight variation is apparent, Runs Like Clockwork do not consider the product defective and a refund will not be issued.

 

If your item does arrive damaged please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photographs/descriptions
of the damage. Every concern raised will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and it is at our discretion to determine whether
an item can be returned or refunded on the basis of damage.

 

DESIGN

All of my prints can be altered to suit your unique requirements! For example, if you would like to change the size, colour,
remove or move an object or change the wording? No problem, this is all included in the cost so long as the size isn’t larger than what is offered as on the listing.
If you would like a print larger than what is offered I can definitely accommodate this but I would need to send you a new quote based on your required size. Please just send me an email at runslikeclockwork.orders@gmail.com with your request and I'll be in touch as soon as possible. If your change requests end up being larger than just tweaking the print and more of a redesign it may be subject to additional costs which I would inform you of straight away.

 

 

PRODUCT DETAILS

Physical Print - For Australian customers only

Printed on premium 250-300gsm card, Skinny (5.7 x 16.53in, 14.5 x 42cm) or A3 sizing (11.69 x 16.53in, 29.7 x 42cm) A4 sizing (8.3 x 11.7in, 21 x 29.7cm) or A5 (5.8 x 8.2in, 14.8cm x 21cm) All prints come unframed and are packed in a plastic protective sleeve with 700gsm boxboard backing card and is sent in a rigid or padded envelope for extra protection. 

Digital File

Digital files will be supplied to you as a high resolution 300dpi, CMYK JPEG and PDF file with and without bleed.

There are no additional shipping costs. As soon payment (eg. credit/debit card or PayPal payment) is received a confirmation email
is sent to you with a download link. The link will also appear on our Thank You page. The download link you receive with be available for 30 days, after that it will expire.

With a digital file you may print as many copies as you wish for personal use on your own printer at home, send it to one of the many online printers or you can simply take your file into your local print shop (like Officeworks)

Please keep in mind...

The final quality of the artwork will depend on the quality of paper and printer used. For the best result we recommend you print
on good quality card at least 200gsm and print at your local print shop or with online printers.

 

ADDITIONAL DIGITAL FILE PRODUCT DETAILS

A zip folder will be supplied to you in containing three folders at each print size, each with JPEG file and 2 PDFs of your print.

I am supplying 2 PDFs so that you have a file with and without bleed.

 

Bleed is a printing term that refers to printing that goes beyond the edge of the sheet before trimming. Bleed is often required by printers as it is very difficult to print exactly to the edge of a sheet of paper/card so, to achieve this, it is necessary to print a slightly larger area than is needed and then trim the paper/card down to the required finished size.

 

However if you are printing using your printer at home or at a local printer (like Officeworks) it can be easier sometimes to just
print the file at full size and not have to worry about bleed and trimming.

 

PDF file supplied with _NB added to the end of the file name will not include bleed.

PDF file supplied with _B added to the end of the file name and will include bleed.

 

 

TURN AROUND TIMES

Our aim is to get you your finished item as quickly as possible.

 

Once you have completed the checkout process, you will receive an email confirming your order. 

If you have ordered a generic (non-personalised) printed product, I process and print your order within 2-3 business days.
No proof will be emailed.

For personalised prints, if I require any additional information or clarification I will contact you prior to designing your print.
Once I have this information, I will begin designing your personalised order.

I will then send you a high resolution proof within 2-3 business days for you to approve or request any changes you would like made. For personalised prints, your order will be printed and posted once you have approved your proof, this process can take a further
2-3 business days. 

 

Postal delivery can take anywhere from 3-14 days depending on where you are located. Refer to our delivery details above for further postage information.

 

PROOFING

I will only email a proof for personalised/customised prints. All generic designs do not require approval prior to printing.
You will receive your proof via email within 2-3 business days but I always aim for earlier!

When checking your proof, please ensure you carefully check spelling, content and layout. 

I allow for one edit of changes from you as long as it is received within 2 days of the proof being sent.

If the proof is correct all you will need to do is reply and confirm that you are happy for me to proceed and at that point no further changes can be made. I will then send you an email notification once your product has been printed and sent, this process can take
a further 2-3 business days.

FEEDBACK

Your feedback means the world to me! So if you were happy with the products you received and would like to provide me with feedback it is always appreciated. I may choose to share your feedback on my website or social media pages with other customers
and followers, you would only be identified by your first name so otherwise would be anonymous. However if you would prefer
your feedback remain private that is no problem at all, please just let me know.
